TEAM provided a unique experience for the audience that best showcased the vehicles as they were revealed for the first time. We developed an effective security plan for attendees with multiple reminder touch points reminding them of NO cell or laptops permitted at specific meetings. We also created a vehicle movement schedule that kept the confidential vehicles secured and away from cameras (i.e., phones, laptop, etc.) at all times. Security measures were put in place to eliminate any risk of having confidential vehicles or products exposed.
The client was extremely pleased for smooth and seamless execution throughout the week. In all, we executed a high-end brand summit, one product pavilion, 20 breakout meetings, three receptions/celebrations and over 50 vehicle movements over three days and not one confidential vehicle photo or information was leaked.
